In the above-listed article, on p. 1027, under the head “Definition of monophasic and biphasic plasma glucose curve shapes,” the sixth sentence should read: “The shape index, calculated as glucose at 120 min (Gluc₁₂₀) minus glucose at 90 min (Gluc₉₀) was treated as a continuous variable in the correlational analyses” [i.e., “120 min (Gluc₁₂₀)” and “90 min (Gluc₉₀)” were transposed]. In the legend of Fig. 1, the fourth sentence should read: “The shape index was calculated as Gluc₁₂₀ − Gluc₉₀” (i.e., “Gluc₁₂₀” and “Gluc₉₀” were transposed).
