In the print version of the article listed above, there are two typographical errors in Table 1, where IR measure should have read as “Minimal model” for the depressed and healthy control subjects dataset in Chiba et al., 2000 and as “HOMA-IR” for the Timonen et al., 2007 study. All analyses were checked, and the correct datasets were used in the meta-analyses. The online version reflects these changes.
